Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GrowthPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

GrowthPulse provides diagnostic scoring, growth-leak detection, AI-generated Fix Packs and campaigns, and a weekly growth brief for service businesses. All outputs are recommendations and drafts — they are not guarantees of revenue or specific business results.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate registration information. One account per user; sharing logins across people or businesses is not allowed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or models from GrowthPulse.
• Resell GrowthPulse output as a standalone product or service.
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that violates anti-spam laws.
• Upload data you don't have the right to process, including personal data without a lawful basis.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person or group.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written consent.

5. AI-generated output

AI-generated assets (emails, scripts, checklists, campaigns) are provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before sending or publishing, and for compliance with marketing, advertising, consumer-protection, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate; you should verify any factual claims before relying on them.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. We will not use your business data to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Billing & cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues to the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

8. Free plans & trials

We may offer free plans or trial periods. Features and limits on free plans can change at any time. We may suspend or downgrade free accounts that are inactive or that abuse the service.

9. Intellectual property

GrowthPulse, including its software, design, and templates, is our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your business while your account is active.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk. You can delete your account at any time; on deletion, we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business outcome will result from using it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Copenhagen, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and account holders will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
